Windsor Cafe
In late 2025 we will be opening a full service cafe at Founders Square in Windsor, CT.
We will offer all of the coffees we roast, brewed in a variety of methods. We also will sell our house blend chai, brewed whole leaf, as well as an exciting menu of food options.
Come grab a drink to go, to drink on our patio, or hang with us in our cozy, beautiful space decked out with local art.
the BOP Coffee
In 2023, the BOP began as a coffee roasting company out of a former office space in a building in Hartford's Parkville neighborhood. In late 2025, we retired our roasting operation in order to focus our efforts on our cafe. We still source and curate all of the coffees that we serve, and we partner with the exceptional team at Those Guys Coffee Roasters in New Hartford for roasting and logistics. This means you can still buy a bag of BOP beans on their website. And if you'd like to carry our coffee in your store, reach out to us about wholesale opportunities!
